Experteer Overview As a Business Development Manager, you will drive strategic opportunities in water treatment and cooling optimisation for data centres across Madrid and wider Spain, engaging hyperscalers, colocation providers, and major infrastructure operators.

You will shape multi-site and international deals, build a robust pipeline, and accelerate revenue in mission-critical environments.

You’ll work within a fast-growing European data centre market, collaborating with cross-functional teams to differentiate Chem-Aqua’s water solutions.

This role offers a chance to influence large-scale infrastructure cooling and sustainability outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Identify and target data centre operators and relevant decision-makers in Madrid and Spain• Develop and secure multi-site / multi-country agreements• Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities• Drive new customer acquisition within mission-critical environments• Expand existing agreements into additional sites and regions• Replicate proven technical solutions across customer portfolios• Lead complex consultative sales cycles involving water treatment and cooling systems• Develop high-value technical proposals• Coordinate internal technical, engineering, and operational teams• Engage with engineering, operations, procurement and leadership stakeholders• Position Chem-Aqua as a trusted partner in water treatment and cooling optimisation
