Experteer Overview In this role you join McKinsey’s Operations Practice through the two-year Operations Excellence Program, focusing on solving client problems with advanced operations expertise.

You’ll work on multiple client engagements, learning through on-the-job coaching and a structured capability-building curriculum.

You will influence outcomes by identifying issues, testing hypotheses, and delivering data‑driven recommendations.

Responsabilidades• Master's degree and exceptional academics• Initial experience in strategic purchasing and/or supply management (integral sourcing strategies, cross-functional category management, RfQ processes and negotiations)• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities• Willingness to relocate for European assignments• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and the local office language
