We are currently seeking an experienced, analytical, and people-oriented Customer Service Manager to join our Corporate Development area. Your mission will be to lead and develop the Coordination Team to deliver seamless operational support for the global export business.



You will ensure the integration and harmonisation of processes across Uriach Export operations, aligning back-office operations with regional business development and global portfolio strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and support a multicultural team of Coordination Specialists, fostering high performance and talent retention across all regions.
- Drive the harmonisation and continuous improvement of workflows and systems such as SAP, ensuring best practices are adopted globally.
- Supervise and optimise order management, logistics, and documentation processes to ensure efficiency and compliance across all export activities.
- Oversee regulatory documentation and submissions at a integral level, supporting regions without dedicated regulatory teams.
- Plan and lead major international business events, congresses, and distributor meetings, ensuring global alignment and standardised processes.
