Position Summary
The Sales Director is responsible for the achievement of the results of her business line, executing change in the organization through her direct reports, and driving engagement and productivity in the sales front line.
Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, the role translates the broader sales strategy into clear operational priorities, role models the behaviours that the sales teams should show,



supports sales leaders in achieving their targets, and ensures consistent performance through effective planning, forecasting, coaching, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Own the revenue targets under your organization, be proactive in identifying trends and taking actions to increase results.
Take a leading role in improvement and transformational initiatives across the entire Sales Org, and InfoJobs.
Deliver agreed revenue, margin, growth, and customer targets.Implement sales strategies and plans established in collaboration with the CSO.
Translate sales priorities into team objectives, action plans, and performance expectations.
Provide direction, coaching, and support to sales managers.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and market developments.
Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Coordinate sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource requirements.
