Role Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. This role is responsible for executing Social Media Marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across multiple automotive brands. Day-to-day tasks include handling social media channels, supporting paid and organic digital campaigns, monitoring web analytics, and helping optimize performance based on data insights.



The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with sales and marketing teams in the Philippines to align campaigns with business goals, assist in developing content, and maintain consistent brand messaging. The role also involves tracking market trends and preparing performance reports to guide ongoing strategy.

Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Digital Marketing, with an understanding of how to support integrated online campaigns.
- Strong Social Media Marketing skills, including content planning, community management, and platform-specific optimization.
- Understanding of Lead Generation, with a focus on conversion-oriented content and marketing funnels.
- Proficiency in Data and Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights from tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and similar social media dashboards.
