Lead Business & Technology Architect – Product Lifecycle Costing

Job Summary

Business Architects connect strategy to execution, ensuring business goals, processes, data, and teams are aligned to deliver measurable outcomes.

With a strong focus on PLM, BOM, Product Design, and Financial Product Costing, this role drives end-to-end alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance. You'll lead business transformation initiatives, optimize processes, leverage AI-driven insights, and create clear roadmaps, models, and solutions that shape how products are designed, built, and delivered.

Responsibilities
- Strategy & Vision: Develop the architecture vision and roadmap for the product lifecycle and product costing process transformation, aligning with enterprise and stakeholder goals. Manage the process of identifying opportunities, threats and limitations of the organization and providing insights into the required work to facilitate implementation.
- Design & Architecture: Create detailed system designs, blueprints,



and models for complex supply chain processes, including application considerations (SAP IBP, S/4HANA, MS4, etc.). Research and recommend new technologies (AI, analytics. Etc.) to improve efficiency and innovation.
- Business Case Development: Guide investment and ensure new work is consistent with the investment strategy of the organization. Improve decision making on what to work on by ensuring all costs to manifest value are understood
- Integration Leadership: Partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Design integration strategies, data contracts, and APIs for seamless data flow between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Governance & Standards: Lead design governance, ensuring solutions meet security, reliability, and scalability standards.
