We are looking for a
Human Resources Trainee
to join our HR team for an approximate period of
6 months
, supporting the different areas of Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience throughout the employee lifecycle within a professional hospitality environment.

This role offers the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, training, employee engagement and HR compliance.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented and people-oriented, with a collaborative attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources and Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department,



ensuring employee records and documentation are accurate, complete and up to date.
- Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication and follow-up.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that all required documentation and procedures are properly completed.
- Support the preparation and management of employee documentation, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
- Assist with the management and updating of HR systems and employee databases.
- Support the coordination and administration of training and development activities, including scheduling, communication with participants and maintaining training records.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communication, contributing to a positive employee experience.
