About the Role:

proactive, organized, and motivated intern
to work closely with our
Management Team and support different departments
across the organization.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand insight into how an international company operates, contribute to real business projects, and develop practical skills across multiple business functions.

Responsabilities:

Executive Management:
Assist with reports, presentations, meeting preparation, and project follow-up.

Sales & Business Development:
Conduct market research, identify potential clients, maintain CRM data, and support commercial activities.

·
Marketing:
Contribute to marketing campaigns, corporate content, and communication initiatives.

·
Vendor Management:
Assist in sourcing and initially evaluating language service providers, maintaining vendor databases, and managing related documentation.

·
Human Resources:
Support recruitment processes,



employee onboarding, and HR administrative activities.

·
Legal & Compliance:
Assist with organizing and tracking corporate documentation, contracts, and agreements.

·
Projects & Technology:
Review technical documentation, prepare summaries, and contribute to digital transformation projects, including the implementation of a new ERP system.

·
Office Management:
Support day-to-day office organization, supplier coordination, and general operational needs.

All activities will be carried out under supervision and in accordance with the internship's learning objectives, providing exposure to different areas of the company.

Requierements:

in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, Law, Human Resources, Translation & Interpreting, or a related field.
