The Financial Controller will play a key role in supporting the factory's financial performance by providing insightful analysis, monitoring costs, and partnering with business stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities.
- Analyze costs, expenses, and variances against budget and forecast.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare financial analyses and performance reports to support decision-making.
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs within the manufacturing environment.
- Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other business functions to understand performance drivers.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and business performance.




- Develop a strong understanding of the factory operations and the business behind the numbers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A;, Financial Analysis, or a similar Finance role.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity to understand business operations and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
