The F&B; Intern will work directly with the Food & Beverage Manager and support the day-to-day operation across the different F&B; areas of the hotel.

The internship will provide exposure to the full F&B; operation, including Breakfast, Restaurants, Bars, Pool, Events & Banqueting, In-Room Dining, Amenities and Minibar.

The Intern will be involved in the operation and will support the teams where needed, gaining practical experience of how a luxury hotel F&B; department operates on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support the F&B; Manager and outlet teams with the daily operation.
- Assist with opening and closing of outlets.
- Support the preparation and set-up of Breakfast, Restaurants, Bars, Pool and Events.
- Assist during service and support the team during busy periods.
- Help maintain the presentation,



cleanliness and organization of the outlets.
- Assist with buffet setup and replenishment during Breakfast.
- Support Pool operations, including preparation and replenishment.
- Assist with events, including setup, service and breakdown.
- Support In-Room Dining operations and tray collection.
- Prepare and deliver guest amenities according to the required standards.
- Restock and inspect minibars.
- Check minibar presentation, product availability, cleanliness and expiry dates.
- Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks.
- Support daily checklists and other operational controls.
- Report any operational issues, guest requests or maintenance concerns to the relevant supervisor or F&B; Manager.
- Follow all hotel and F&B; standards, procedures and food safety requirements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
