We are looking for a
Junior Fleet and Mobility Analyst
to support the management of the company’s vehicle fleet in Spain. The role will focus on vehicle renting and leasing contracts, supplier coordination, employee support, fleet administration and cost monitoring.

You will work closely with employees, Finance, Procurement, HR and external partners to make sure that vehicles are ordered, delivered, maintained, renewed and returned according to company policies and contractual requirements.

Your responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the company’s vehicle fleet in Spain.
- Support the full lifecycle of renting and leasing contracts, from vehicle selection and order placement to delivery, renewal, extension and return.
- Coordinate vehicle requests, quotations, approvals, deliveries, replacements, cancellations and contract changes.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, leasing companies, rental providers, dealerships, insurers, workshops and roadside assistance providers.
- Maintain accurate fleet records, including vehicle details, drivers, contracts,



mileage, delivery dates, renewal dates, insurance, maintenance and return conditions.
- Monitor contract expiry dates and prepare renewal or replacement actions in advance.
- Review supplier quotations and support comparisons based on price, contract terms, vehicle specifications and service conditions.
- Follow up on vehicle deliveries, delays, incidents, repairs, maintenance appointments and replacement vehicles.
- Check supplier invoices, identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with Finance and service providers.
- Support the allocation of fleet-related costs to the relevant entities, departments or employees.
- Provide the information required for payroll, employee benefits, reporting and internal controls.
- Handle employee questions regarding vehicle eligibility, renting conditions, maintenance, insurance, mileage, fines and contract procedures.
