We are seeking an experienced
Preconstruction Manager specialising in Electrical Substations and Water Infrastructure
to join our multidisciplinary PMCM team supporting large-scale Data Center projects for a globally recognised client.

The idóneo candidate will have a strong Electrical or Industrial Engineering background, with proven experience in preconstruction management, design coordination, tendering, and contractor procurement.

The role focuses on ensuring technical readiness, cost efficiency, and a smooth transition from design and procurement into construction.

Requirements

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or infrastructure projects (10+ years preferred).




- Proven experience in preconstruction, tendering, bid evaluation, and contractor selection.
- Strong technical knowledge of HV/MV substations, electrical distribution systems, and utility connections.
- Experience with water infrastructure, including supply networks, pumping stations, and storage facilities.
- Ability to review technical specifications, BoQs, contractor proposals, and commercial qualifications.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and utility providers.
- Previous experience in Data Centers, Mission Critical projects, or PMCM/EPC environments will be highly valued.

- Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English
