Our client is a family-owned toy company with 40 years of history, a national and international presence, and subsidiaries in the USA, France and Italy. It is a close-knit team, with many people 20+ years in the company and a very positive working climate. We are looking for a Marketing Manager (replacement role) reporting to the CMO.
The role
You will own the marketing strategy for the product portfolio, working with the product design and licensing teams and a sales team running at full speed. Several projects are already under way.
Key responsibilities
- Lead brand positioning and marketing strategy for ~80% of the portfolio, driven by consumer insights.
- Work with the product design and licensing teams on licensed brands.
- Support sales and key retail accounts with marketing plans and materials.
- Align marketing activity with the Italian and French subsidiaries and attend three major trade fairs (USA, Germany).
- Manage and develop a team of two (junior and mid-level).
What we are looking for
- Toy industry
experience (essential) and
2+ years in product marketing

- Experience with licences and TikTok influencer marketing.
- Advanced English
.
- Willingness to travel.
- Team leadership is a plus, not a requirement.
- Adaptable, resourceful profile, comfortable in a lean organisation with limited structure.
