Purpose of the Role

As a
Digital Marketing Consultant
, you will partner with
Dutch businesses and digital marketing agencies
, helping them grow through
effective Google Ads solutions
.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, optimizing advertising strategies and driving measurable business results.

This is a

, where you'll work towards individual goals while being part of a high-performing international team.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise Dutch advertisers on the best Google Ads solutions to improve performance and ROI
- Build strong relationships with clients and agency partners through a consultative approach




- Optimize and upsell Google Ads products based on client needs
- Proactively communicate with customers via phone, video calls and email
- Consistently achieve individual sales and performance targets

Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Dutch language proficiency at C2 level
- Fluent English
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing (PPC / campaign optimization preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube or similar platforms
- Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Team player with a passion for marketing, technology and continuous learning

What We Offer
- Full-time position (39h/week, Monday–Friday)
- Permanent contract
- Competitive salary: from €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 bonus
