Key Responsibilities
- Analyze technical source documents provided by engineering offices and customer support teams.
- Identifymissingorinconsistentinformationandrequestadditionaldatafromclienttechnicalteams.
- Structure, write, and produce Service Bulletins following internal specifications, customer guidelines, and normative frameworks (e.g., S1000D when applicable).
- Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of technical procedures, illustrations, and compliance instructions.




- Coordinate with engineering experts, design office teams, and project stakeholders to validate content.
- Provide technical support to the customer-facing teams and participate in project review meetings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes, templates, and tools (including potential digitization initiatives).

Experience/Qualifications:
- A technical degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, electrotechnics, aeronautical maintenance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical function such as design office, maintenance, support engineering, repair office, or configuration management.
- Experience in technical writing is appreciated but NOT mandatory.
- Understanding of helicopter systems, aeronautical configurations, or Airbus platforms is a strong asset.
