Ecolab has an opening for a Marketing & Sales Trainee in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a integral organization while contributing to strategic commercial, sustainability and employee engagement initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support key business projects and develop valuable skills in project management, communication, marketing and sales operations.

How you'll make an impact
- Support project management activities related to Ops Council initiatives and other cross-functional projects.
- Participate in Water Circularity initiatives and support the monitoring of cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, project updates and communication materials for internal stakeholders.
- Support the coordination and promotion of Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and sales materials.
- Provide administrative and organizational support for ongoing commercial and business projects.
- Explore and leverage AI and digital tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve efficiency and ways of working.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to support business priorities and deliver project objectives.
