? ABOUT THE JOB

As a SALT-R Specialist, you will produce critical liquidity and resolution reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and strategic steering. You will work within a high-impact team in Madrid, contributing to the Group's financial stability.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce, analyze, and validate internal and external liquidity and balance sheet reports for actual and forecast exercises.
- Coordinate ad hoc analyses, regulatory evolutions, and methodological studies.
- Improve processes and reduce operational risk through new controls and system adaptations.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including Business units, Regional Finance, Risk, and Systems departments.
- Drive process efficiency, transversality, and digitalization initiatives.
- Support the implementation of the new integrated organizational model.

? PROFILE & SKILLS

Education & Experience
- You hold a degree from a Business School or University, preferably with a Master's in Finance or Mathematics.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or management.
- Previous experience in Audit,



Banking, or Regulatory environments is a plus.

Languages
- You are fluent in English (mandatory).
- French skills are a plus.

Technical Skills
- You understand Financial Institutions' balance sheets.
- You have knowledge of reporting processes and liquidity performance indicators.
- You are proficient in Office tools and have experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, SAS, or Python is a plus).
- You have a strong understanding of Global Market/CIB products.

Soft Skills
- You possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- You are rigorous, versátil, and able to prioritize tasks under deadlines.
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
- You adapt easily to changing regulatory and economic environments.
