About the Role AudioStack is looking for a mid-level Implementation Manager based in either our HQ in London or our Operations Hub in Barcelona to lead customer onboarding and technical implementation projects across our enterprise and mid‐market clients.

This is a high‐impact and strategic role within our Operations Team and alongside our Customer Success team and is idóneo for someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, client consulting, and technical delivery. You will take ownership of complex implementations,



work cross‐functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations, and ensure our customers successfully deploy AudioStack's AI‐powered audio infrastructure, seamlessly integrated into their workflow.

Project & Delivery Ownership Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and mid‐market customers

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics

Drive projects to on‐time, on‐budget delivery

Assess client software ecosystems and integration requirements

Identify optimisation opportunities and scalable AI audio use cases

Forecast onboarding capacity and coordinate sprint planning with Operations
