The Blades Department within the Onshore Wind Power division requires an analytical Intern to support the mapping, understanding, and digitalization of key operational processes to drive business continuity. Located in Spain, this temporary 12-month role connects operational workflows with digital solutions to enhance overall efficiency in wind power onshore operations. To address these business aims, the role focuses on process mapping and data analytics. This involves engaging with cross-functional teams to document workflows, identifying operational bottlenecks, and translating these insights into functional Power BI dashboards and automated planning tools.



Given the focus on process digitalization and business intelligence, the idóneo candidate will be currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data Science, or Business Analytics. Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in Power BI and Excel, and effective communication skills in English are essential to succeed in this role.

The role involves collaborating with operational teams, including engineers, project managers, and planners, to gain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end blades operational processes. You will analyze and identify process bottlenecks, operational inefficiencies, and reporting gaps across various projects and services to enhance overall performance.
