Experteer Overview
In this role you will steer engineering initiatives within a manufacturing context, guiding a team to deliver critical medical devices. You will partner with cross-functional groups to align projects with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will shape strategies, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement to impact patient outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role at a general company focused on delivering life-changing technologies with precision and quality.
