with strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines in an international environment.Key responsibilitiesAnalyse tender specifications, selection criteria and submission requirements.Preparecompliance matrices, checklists, bid plans and requirement summaries, identifying potential gaps or risks early.Analyseproject reference / past‑performance requirements, including scope, contract value, duration, complexity and eligibility.Identify suitable internal projects and contracts to support selection criteria and prepare the correspondingreference forms and evidence .Coordinate with SEIDOR business units, Delivery teams and internal stakeholders to gather the required information and documentation.Review proposed consultants against tender requirements, includingprofessional experience, education, certifications and languages .Prepare, standardise and quality‑checkCVs, primarily in Europass format, for tender
