Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the design and deployment of 3PL warehouse management integration within an asset-light transformation for Johnson u0026amp; Johnson MedTech. You will collaborate with global and regional teams to standardize processes, data, and system interfaces across the distribution network. You will shape end-to-end WMS/TMS integration, ensuring scalable, compliant operations and clear governance. This position offers impact across a global transformation agenda and cross-functional partnerships in a fast-paced, matrix environment. You will be at the forefront of improving warehouse execution and partner collaboration to enable a future-state supply chain.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and maintain business process integration requirements for 3PL WMS operations globally
• Map end-to-end warehouse workflows and integration points between Ju0026J systems and 3PL WMS
• Standardize process requirements and interaction models for the asset-light operating model
• Translate operational needs into structured system and integration specifications with IT




• Specify inventory management, inbound/outbound execution, order processing, and warehouse transaction flows within 3PL
• Develop and deploy integration frameworks, standards, and playbooks for 3PL WMS operations
• Ensure alignment of warehouse processes with partner models and upstream/downstream processes
• Collaborate with 3PL Partner Management and Deliver Teams on governance and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities to standardize warehouse processes and integration approaches across regions
• Develop KPIs and monitoring frameworks for WMS integration effectiveness and warehouse execution
• Contribute to continuous improvement by applying lessons learned from deployments

Responsabilidades
