As IT On-Site Team Leader LATAM, you will guide the regional on-site IT support across LATAM to ensure reliable, user-focused services. You collaborate with site leadership and global IT to align with standards while driving continuous improvement in manufacturing and distribution environments. You will manage a distributed team, handle incident resolution, and support governance initiatives. This role offers impact through shaping regional IT service delivery and supporting Essity’s mission of well-being.

• Lead and develop a distributed On-Site IT Support team across LATAM.
• Ensure SLAs, incident targets, and service delivery standards are met.
• Oversee end-user services, hardware, connectivity, and network-related support.
• Collaborate with site leadership, stakeholders, and global IT to address operational needs and drive improvements.
• Support global IT initiatives, processes, and governance.




• Participate in resolution of critical incidents and complex technical issues.
• Coordinate on-call support and ensure business continuity across locations.
• Occasionally travel to regional sites and global meetings.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Computer Science (or related field);
• ≥3 years of experience leading technical or IT support teams;
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial IT operations;
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, end-user support, workplace technologies, and IT service management;
• Experience managing budgets and technology investments;
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Results-driven in fast-paced environments;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint;
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken);
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
