Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and build scalable enterprise apps and AI-enabled solutions for the pharmaceutical sector. You’ll work within cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable software and contribute to architectural decisions. You’ll tackle challenges across backend services, APIs, and web interfaces, using a modern, cloud-native stack. This is a growth-focused position with mentoring, autonomy, and opportunities to shape technical direction and impact.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and AI-enabled solutions
• Build backend services, REST APIs and responsive web applications
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Data Engineers and Business Stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle
• Work with container platforms and data platforms, and manage CI/CD pipelines




• Contribute to cloud-native development using Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker
• Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket)

Responsabilidades
• Java backend development with Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices
• Experience with React, Next.js and MUI
• Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker
• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket)
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks data platforms
