In this role, you will help resolve first-line technical questions, understand customer workflows, and connect customers with the appropriate internal teams. Your work will support a reliable customer experience and help customers make effective use of the platform.Principal Responsibilities:- Provide functional support to customers and suppliers using the JAGGAER platform,



including first-line assistance with technical issues.- Act as a connection point between customers and internal teams such as Development, Project Management, and Professional Services.- Analyze customer and project-specific interfaces and workflows to understand issues and identify practical solutions.- Manage customer relationships and escalations with appropriate ownership and follow-through.- Maintain knowledge of in-house solutions and translate technical concepts into clear, accessible explanations for non-technical audiences.Position Requirements:Must Have- Good understanding of business processes and proficient computer skills.- Strong customer focus, clear communication skills, and the ability to remain effective in a high-pressure environment.- Ability to learn quickly, work in a solution-oriented way, and work autonomously when appropriate.- Professional proficiency in Spanis
