Experteer Overview
In this executive role, you will shape the Global Individual Health customer experience and lead a multi-year transformation to scale operations, technology and care delivery for a rapidly growing international business. You will work with senior stakeholders to design a differentiated service proposition and ensure the organization delivers superior customer outcomes. The role emphasizes governance, performance metrics and continuous improvement through automation and data-driven decision making. You’ll partner across general teams to drive growth, operational excellence and a customer-obsessed culture.

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience leading teams in global and matrixed environments
• Proven track record enhancing the complete customer experience
• Extensive stakeholder engagement experience (internal and external)
• Strategic thinker with technical knowledge and delivery history
• Strong understanding of retail business models
• Experience in healthcare, consumer finance or similar regulated environments (preferred)
• MBA or equivalent degree (preferred)
