The Sales Excellence Associateis responsible fordriving continuous improvement initiatives within the sales department, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction,optimizingsales processes,



andsupportmarket and client segmentation. This role requires proactiveness inidentifyinginefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement : Co-lead projects aimed at improving sales processes,identifyinginefficiencies, and implementing new strategies for optimization.
Sales Operations :Ensure CRM data accuracy andtimelyupdates;Pursueregularinitiatives toalignourCRMwith our ERP;HelpequipourMarketingteamwith up-to-date sales insights, target lists, andcontacts.
Market and Client Segmentation : Analyze the client portfolio toidentifydifferent farming battles per client, prioritize prospects, andimprove the quality of our client information in our CRM
Educational Background:
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ora relatedfield.Ideallyit should have a solid foundation in business principles and marketing and sales strategies.
