Manage quotations, sales orders and customer opportunities, ensuring an efficient sales process and a seamless partner experience. Responsibilities Quotation & Sales Support Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requests and business opportunities.

Ensure pricing, margins and commercial conditions comply with department policies.

Follow up quotations proactively to maximise conversion into sales orders.

Support partners with product information, pricing and commercial queries.

Sales Order Management Process and manage sales orders from creation to release.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts based on order status and expected shipment dates.

Partner Management Build strong relationships with assigned partners, acting as their main commercial and operational point of contact.

Sales & Pipeline Management Maintain and proactively follow up sales opportunities and quotations through emails and outbound calls to maximise conversion into sales.





SLA & KPI Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and customer interactions while meeting departmental SLA targets.

Share knowledge and best practices to support team performance and continuous improvement.
