In our Strategy function, we are looking for a Leader Corporate Strategy who can support overall Hitachi Energy strategy formulation, design and improve strategic processes, structure and drive the integrated growth portfolio, and help senior leaders prioritize opportunities based on strategic attractiveness, financial impact, and execution readiness.

This position offers a adaptable European location and can be based in Italy, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

Translate market, customer, technology, and financial insights into strategic priorities that drive long-term growth. Identify emerging trends, new growth opportunities, and strategic risks across markets and business models.



Develop executive-level recommendations and scenarios to support key growth and investment decisions. Foster alignment across businesses, regions, functions, and the broader strategy community, including collaboration with the Hitachi Group. Drive enterprise growth governance
Shape and manage the growth portfolio, providing visibility of strategic opportunities across the organization. Support Growth Board prioritization and investment decisions based on value, strategic fit, and execution feasibility.
