Our guests can discover our properties in more than 25 exceptional destinations across Europe and North America. The Finance Operations Specialist is the engine of day-to-day finance operations across our 20+ group companies.
The role makes sure that every invoice is captured, checked and paid correctly and on time, that expenses are complete and correctly coded before month-end, that revenue and commission data reconcile,



and that the accounting team and our on-site teams can rely on clean, up-to-date information.
It is a hands-on role for someone precise, organised and reliable, who likes a clean process and a clear inbox, and who wants to learn how an international group runs its finances from the inside.
RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Invoice processing and accounts payable Enter and process supplier and customer invoices in Payhawk for all group companies, and review them for accuracy, completeness, supplier details, VAT treatment and categorisation.
Manage the Payhawk receipt mailboxes, chase missing invoices, receipts and approvals, and follow up on unpaid items.
