A Senior Business Analyst profile is required, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM transformation projects, to lead functional analysis activities, requirements definition, user story refinement and support for the business testing process. Задачи:

Analysis of functional requirements. Facilitation of workshops with business and technology. Preparation of user stories and acceptance criteria. Definition of business processes and functional models. Support for the functional design of the solution. Participation in functional testing and UAT. Management of the functional backlog. Coordination between functional and technical teams. Требования:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. Experience defining functional requirements. Experience with Agile methodologies. Experience preparing functional documentation. Experience with UAT and test management. Будет плюсом:



Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales; Knowledge of Power Platform; Knowledge of Power BI; Experience in complex corporate environments. Условия:
