This is both a critical launch role and a permanent capability, evolving into long-term ownership of Enovis' growing Enabling Technologies portfolio, including digital and future robotic platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Launch Execution & LMR OwnershipOwn end-to-end execution of ARVIS Limited Market Release (LMR) and early launch phasesEnsure all launch milestones are delivered on time and to defined standardsCoordinate cross-functional readiness across sites, teams, and stakeholders2.



Training & First Case ExcellenceOversee training of surgeons, OR teams, and internal stakeholdersProvide hands-on support during initial cases (particularly the first 3–5 procedures per site)Ensure consistent, high-quality early user experience3. Deployment & Operational ReadinessCoordinate system deployment, logistics, and site readinessEnsure alignment with International standards for deployment and utilisationAct as the local point of contact for operational issues and escalation4. Clinical & Site Readiness GovernanceAssess and validate readiness of hospitals and surgeons prior to go-liveEnsure adherence to defined clinical and operational protocolsSupport early KOL engagement and capability building5.
