Overview In this role you will lead ADM’s Health & Wellness ingredient business in the EMEA region, shaping regional strategy and directing Sales and Business Development. You will partner with Marketing, R&D;, and Product teams to align offerings with market needs and customer opportunities. You will drive revenue growth, margins, and talent development across multiple markets, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-impact position at a global nutrition leader, offering exposure to diverse markets and strategic initiatives. Responsabilidades * Deliver regional revenue and gross margin targets * Develop regional sales talent and long-term capability strategy * Refine regional commercial strategy including GTM, segmentation, and channels * Recommend and expand the product portfolio in collaboration with Platform, R&D; and RSA * Lead regional sales leaders to grow customer pipeline in Human & Pet Supplements, Bars, Beverages, cultured dairy/plant-based segments, and Clinical Nutrition * Coordinate with CD&D;,



Platform and R&D; to align products, services and research with regional strategy * Align GTM activities with ADM commercial teams; synchronize messaging with sales leadership and marketing * Develop and mentor local EMEA H&W; sales managers * Collaborate with Nutrition team to drive ADM objectives and execution plans Requisitos principales * BS in biochemistry, microbiology, chemistry or related life sciences * Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in BD/sales teams * Experience in product management in probiotics is a plus * Proven ability to collaborate across matrix and integral organizations * English required; Spanish bilingual is beneficial * Track record of managing pipeline, revenue, GM and OP metrics * collaboration across functions * strategic thinking * leadership and talent development * probiotics industry experience * business development and sales leadership * go-to-market strategy
