The successful candidate will be fully integrated into IBEI’s vibrant research environment. * Duration: permanent * Gross annual salary according to experience and skills, between €26.000 - €30.000 Responsibilities of the Post-award Research Project Officer Under the direction and supervision of the Head of the Research Office (RO),



the Post-award Research Project Officer will support managing the post-award phase of research projects and fellowships. This includes monitoring and assisting financial execution, grant justification, budget compliance, and reporting deadlines of the projects. The role also involves contributing in the report of research indicators and PDI data to the IBEI Board, public administrations, and partner entities (e.g., CERCA), as well as handling requests and inquiries from Research Office users as needed. All these tasks require leveraging management tools to effectively support different units across IBEI. In particular, the selected candidate will support the RO in carrying out the following core duties: 1.
