Overview As AI Governance Specialist, you shape how Zurich uses cutting-edge AI in a responsible, compliant way. You’ll work within the Group Responsible AI team to strengthen governance, assess risks, and advise stakeholders across functions. You’ll implement and refine governance frameworks to support ethical, transparent AI deployment at scale. evidence-based challenge and review of assessments and controls * Develop and continually improve AI governance processes, controls, and methodologies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, ethical AI deployments * Review AI/ML systems focusing on data usage, performance, limitations, and risks * Produce assessment reports, governance decisions, and stakeholder communications Requisitos principales * Proven experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Risk Management, or AI Risk and Compliance * Hands-on experience conducting AI risk and impact assessments * Practical knowledge of the EU AI Act and governance standards (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001) or similar frameworks * Strong understanding of AI/ML systems including data usage and model risks * Experience designing or scaling AI governance frameworks in regulated environments; insurance/financial services experience preferred * Knowledge o
