Overview In this role you ensure top-quality standards for aircraft jigs and tools, guiding the TVP-based maintenance and certification processes. You will work within the Getafe plant to uphold safety and performance through strict verification, discrepancy handling, and tool acceptance. You will liaise with internal teams and authorities to support audits and ensure traceability across tooling records. This is a hands-on, improvement-focused position that shapes tooling quality and compliance in a high-stakes manufacturing environment. for J&T; at Getafe plant to ensure proper maintenance revision * Monitor periodical maintenance revisions before expiry and log TVP completion in IT tools * Certify maintenance conformity per TVP and decide on dispositions for deviations * Raise discrepancy reports and drive corrective actions for J&T; issues * Approve new tooling acceptance at Getafe plant and ensure document traceability * Support audits (internal, external, Airworthiness Authorities) related to J&T; * Provide technical support for all J&T; issues at Getafe plant * Lead continuous improvement projects related to J&T; under AOS deployment * Oversee tooling control in Jig&Tools; storehouse * Review and validate design modifications Requisitos principales * Proven quality management experience in aviation, focused on aircraft jigs and tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities * Effective cross-functional collaboration * Attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping * Laser Tracker technology * 3D measuring machines * Initial certification and periodic recertification of aerospace jigs
