Overview In this role, you will own the full Spanish payroll cycle for clients, ensuring compliance with local laws and deadlines. You will work closely with Operations and clients to validate inputs, resolve discrepancies, and produce accurate payroll outputs. You’ll handle social security and tax submissions with their respective systems and support client transitions with the Implementation team. This is a hands-on, data-driven position in a collaborative, growth-focused company that values initiative and accuracy. Compensaciones / Beneficios * Competitive Salary * Competitive vacation allowance * Private Medical Insurance * EAP * WFH Allowance * Paid Volunteering days Responsabilidades * Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Spain in line with monthly calendar and legal deadlines * Collaborate with Operations to validate and reconcile payroll inputs and reports * Research and resolve payroll discrepancies prior to processing; review outputs for accuracy * Maintain audit-ready payroll records and documentation * Prepare and upload monthly payroll reports to the CloudPay platform * Manage Spanish Social Security communications and submissions via SILTRA, CONTRAT@, CERTIFIC@, and DELTA * Oversee monthly Social Security contributions and address payment delays * Coordinate calculation and timely submission of tax declarations to AEAT (models 111, 216, 190, 296, 345) * Support payroll testing and parallel runs for client implementations or system changes * Work with Implementation to ensure smooth transition of new payroll accounts to in-house team * Contribute to setup and configuration validations to ensure client data is complete for payroll delivery Requisitos principales * Extensive hands-on experience with end-to-end Spanish payroll processing * Deep understanding of Spanish payroll legislation, compliance, and reporting requirements * Experience with complex payroll components (benefits-in-kind, adaptable remuneration, stock options/RSUs, non-resident scenar
