Overview In this role, you design and drive transformation programs for clients, coordinating PMO activities and delivering hands-on implementation. You’ll lead workstreams, coach clients, and supervise junior consultants within Orphoz’s high-performance culture. Based in Barcelona or Madrid, you join a hybrid team that blends startup agility with large-group resources. with PM support * Deliver parts of projects and lead client meetings/workshops * Contribute to internal firm initiatives * Develop and mentor junior consultants within the project.
