The Work Model For The Role Is This role is contributing to the NEMA Motors division in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco. You Will Be Mainly Accountable For * Reporting HSE incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions. * Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks. * Providing feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across ABB. * Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.
