Overview In this AI Value Architect role, you drive Day-2 value, adoption, and expansion for a portfolio of strategic Private Cloud AI customers. You act as a trusted AI advisor, translating deployments into broader internal adoption and measurable business outcomes. You will combine enterprise AI credibility with commercial judgment to identify next steps and capacity needs. You operate globally with a customer-facing, sales-oriented mindset, shaping roadmaps and value realization. governance and security * Evangelize Private Cloud AI to build champions and communicate roadmap updates * Establish quarterly value/adoption/roadmap reviews with stakeholders and account teams * Plan and lead onsite engagements with frequent LASER travel and maintain clear account plans * Identify and qualify expansion opportunities and run workshops to clarify priorities and capabilities * Build the Global Playbook with reusable workshops, templates, and reference architectures * Capture field learnings and feedback to product and global teams to improve playbooks * Operate in a startup-like environment with high ownership and pace Requisitos principales * Strong hands-on knowledge of enterprise AI and GenAI architectures (LLM inference, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, model endpoints) * Experience with OpenClaw, NemoClaw, Hermes and OpenCode * Production AI solutions using Python, Linux, containers, Kubernetes, Helm, APIs, IAM, and storage * Kn
