A 47m private sailing yacht currently cruising the Mediterranean is seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join the team ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, talented chef to join a dual-season sailing yacht with an exciting integral itinerary. The Package includes: * Salary: €7,000–€7,500 per month, DOE * 60 days annual leave * Flights provided * Medical Insurance Requirements: * STCW * ENG1 * B1/B2 visa * Previous experience as a Sole Chef on a similar-sized sailing yacht * Experience catering for up to 12 guests and 8 crew * Sailing yacht experience is essential The successful candidate will be passionate about producing flavorsome, varied and high quality cuisine, with the ability to consistently deliver an excellent dining experience for the guests. The anticipated itinerary includes the Caribbean, the US East Coast, Ireland and Scotland, before returning to the Mediterranean for the summer season.
