Opportunity Overview The Federated Registry Data scientist will contribute to the design, development and operation of a multi-country federated registry platform based on the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership Common Data Model (OMOP CDM), in collaboration with specialized vendors for Extract-Transform-Load (ETL), hosting, and federated analyses. The role will serve as a primary point of contact between Rhythm, the selected vendors, and participating registries for data-related activities. The Data Scientist will oversee the local registry data collection (mapping, transformation, quality-check) and the federated analyses specifications and outputs within a federated OMOP CDM-based environment provided and maintained by the vendors.
