Accountabilities You will own the full recruitment strategy for critical technical positions, working as a trusted advisor to engineering and data leadership while continuously improving hiring processes and outcomes. * Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex, hard-to-fill engineering, data, platform infrastructure, and senior technical leadership roles. * Leverage AI tools and modern talent intelligence platforms to optimize sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, and recruitment workflows. * Partner with Engineering and Data leaders to define role scorecards, refine technical interview rubrics, and establish competency-based assessment frameworks. * Develop targeted general sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber passive candidates across competitive talent markets. * Monitor recruitment analytics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-value, and quality of hire, to guide decisions and provide actionable market insights. * Improve candidate journeys and support technical interviewers in delivering consistent, effective,
