Overview In this role you will drive performance analytics for our international contact centres, shaping long-term planning and operational excellence. You will lead data collection, reporting, and in-depth analysis to enable informed decisions across multiple business units. You’ll generate timely insights, support forecasting and workforce planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and analytical models.
