Lead the global strategic and operational marketing of Bausch + Lomb’s surgical Glaucoma franchise, spanning upstream marketing (portfolio strategy, product requirements, lifecycle planning) and downstream marketing (launch, brand building and in-market commercial excellence).

A core mandate of the role is to drive the geographic expansion of the Glaucoma portfolio, including ELIOS, into new international markets: building and owning the market-entry roadmap, preparing each market for launch, and shaping the clinical, access and commercial conditions required for sustainable adoption.

The role leads a cross-functional global brand team spanning Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Supply Chain, Quality, Digital, Communications and Commercial functions, and partners with external stakeholders including distributors, KOLs, professional societies and manufacturers.
