Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Business Development team, mainly coordinating with our European team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting general sales teams in identifying and developing new business opportunities across all territories. This position is responsible for driving pipeline growth and facilitating the closure of deals in alignment with corporate sales objectives. The primary focus will be on lead generation, prospect engagement, and relationship development to establish and nurture commercial opportunities in a friendly and helpful manner.





This is an excellent role for someone early in their sales career who works well independently and in collaboration with other team members, and who is comfortable engaging with prospects and customers to help move opportunities forward.
Travel is not required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, qualify, and maintain a robust pipeline of business leads through systematic prospecting, outreach activities, and account management.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence gathering to identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
• Organise and attend industry exhibitions and conferences to represent GameScribes and establish new business relationships.
• Represent GameScribes at client meetings, bid presentations, and account reviews.
• Prepare comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI)
• Understand drafts and negotiations of commercial documentation, including Confidentiality Agreements, Master Service Agreements, a
