Our Executive Assistant position at our Valencia Campus offers a unique career opportunity that could be your next step towards an exciting future.How you'll make an impactAs an Executive Assistant at our Valencia Campus, you will provide high-level administrative and organizational support, coordinating information, priorities, and key processes to enable effective operations and informed decision-making.Manage schedule and calendar of Campus with attention to accuracy and detail, including keeping members informed of calendar changes and change requestsPlan and execute meetings and events with some supervisionAssist in semi-routine and non-routine administrative projects/tasksEnsure the preparation of information, documents,



and logistics for assigned department, significant organizational group, or executive level managementPerform general administrative activities including screening and directing phone calls, filing as well as composing and typing general correspondence under limited directionAssistance to the Campus Forum Members with respect to various administrative tasks including: call and set regular meetings prepare meetings minutesUse all computer programs relevant to the position to support of the Valencia Campus ForumSupport corporate or cross functional corporate events (e.G. conferences, team-buildings, Xmas party, ERG events)Liaise via telephone and in person, establishing and maintaining relationships with external suppliers relevant to events such as hotels, restaurants, event agencies, entertainment providers and other participating partiesWhat you'll need (Required)H.S.
