Experteer Overview
As Senior Project Manager, you steer large-scale electrical assignments across critical infrastructure, HV cables, substations, offshore wind, and data centers. You’ll coordinate concept through EPC delivery in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence. You’ll scrutinize electrical system studies, guide design reviews, and uphold Ramboll QA/QC and codes. You’ll build and maintain client relationships, translating technical insight into objectives aligned with project goals. This role offers impact at scale within a mission-driven, globally connected energy team.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage time, quality and financial aspects on projects across critical infrastructure, HV cables, HV substations, offshore wind or datacentre projects
• Technical engineer: review designs and electrical system studies and calculations
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented and codes/standards followed in power systems




• Lead design meetings and coordinate work across multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Geotechnical, Site Civil, Mechanical, Environmental)
• Build client relationships and clearly convey technical concepts to align with client objectives

Responsabilidades
• Electrical engineering degree (B.Eng., BS or MS)
• Proven experience with critical infrastructure, HV cables, HV substations, offshore wind or datacentre projects
• Significant project management experience
• Team leadership and development; strong interpersonal and client communication skills
• Knowledge of project development stages: siting, feasibility, conceptual design, FEED, procurement, EPC delivery
