In this role you lead the IT/OT Systems team to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable information systems for business and manufacturing. You will act as a senior technical expert, hands-on with system administration and evolution of platforms, while driving automation and modern deployment practices. You coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to uphold operational excellence. This is an opportunity to shape the technology landscape and strengthen cybersecurity, business continuity, and process improvements in a high-availability environment. You will work closely with IT and manufacturing stakeholders to deliver impactful, resilient solutions.

• Lead and coordinate Systems Applications and Field Services teams
• Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operation of business-critical and manufacturing-critical systems
• Provide technical expertise across Windows, Linux, applications, and OT environments
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and major incidents

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 7 years in Systems Administration, Infrastructure, IT Operations, Application Management or Industrial IT
• Strong Windows and Linux administration experience
• Experience with enterprise applications, middleware and databases
• Understanding of networking, virtualization and cloud technologies
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Strong analytic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Strong communication and stakehol
