Experteer Overview As an HR Labour Specialist at WSP, you will guide labour relations and employment decisions across Spain within a integral, multidisciplinary firm. You’ll partner with HRBPs, managers and legal teams to ensure compliant, people-centered decisions. The role supports strategic people initiatives and organizational change in an international environment. You’ll influence employment practices and help shape a positive employee experience in a trusted, collaborative People team.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Provide internal employment law guidance on legislation, collective agreements, internal policies and terms of employment
- Advise on and manage individual and collective employment matters including recruitment, mobility, discipline, restructurings and terminations
- Prepare and review employment contracts, amendments, and employee communications ensuring legal and policy compliance; coordinate with HR, Legal, Compliance and external advisors
- Advise on recruitment and employment of international professionals in Spain; assess legal requirements




- Coordinate international recruitment processes requiring residence/work authorisations, visas or other immigration requirements with external providers as neededResponsabilidades
- Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Law or related discipline
- Approximately 10 to 15 years of experience in labour relations, employment law or related HR functions
- Strong knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and collective bargaining agreements
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases and advising managers
- Knowledge of international mobility and immigration processes for international hires
- Advanced digital skills and experience with HR systems and ERP platforms
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Experience in complex, matrix or multinational organisations would be highly valuedRequisitos principales
